Can I choose a different print for each bag?
Yes. In every set you pick the print of each bag — all the same, or mixed.
Does it heat up?
No — there's nothing electric inside. The sherpa lining simply helps keep your cat's own body heat in.
How do I keep it clean?
Shake out or vacuum the hair regularly. For spots, clean gently by hand with a damp cloth and mild soap and let it air-dry flat.
Will my cat use it?
Every cat is different. Most cats can't resist a tunnel — some move in at once, some need a day or two. Putting it where your cat already sleeps, or a favourite toy at the opening, helps.
When will I get it?
Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days and usually arrive about 7 to 13 business days later, depending on where you live, with tracking. These are estimates — customs or holiday peaks can add a few days.
How much is shipping?
Tracked shipping is free on 2 or more bags. A single bag ships for US$5.95.
Can I return it?
Yes, unused: contact us within 30 days of delivery and send the bag back unused, unwashed, free of pet hair and in its packaging for a refund of its price. Used or washed bags can't be returned. If a bag arrives faulty, we replace it. Details in our refund policy.
What is shipping protection?
An optional extra for 12,00 zł, added to your cart by default — you can switch it off there before checkout: if your parcel is lost, stolen or arrives damaged in transit, we send a new one or refund you.
